AIRHOT RC-5 Rice Cooker

The AIRHOT RC-5 rice cooker is designed for preparing large batches of rice and grain-based side dishes in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with centralized catering, where dozens of people need to be fed at once. A single load produces more than 40 servings, considerably cutting the kitchen staff's preparation time compared with cooking in ordinary pots on a stove.

The working bowl has a capacity of 13 L, with a single load of up to 5.6 kg of dry grain. The 3D-heating technology ensures even heat distribution on all sides without scorching, while the keep-warm function after cooking lets staff hold the finished side dish at serving temperature until it reaches students, patients or canteen visitors, with no need to reheat it. The body is made of stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment and simplifying daily cleaning. The unit runs on a 220 V supply, with a 1900 W heating element.
