The Saro JULIUS electric rice cooker is built for preparing rice and grain side dishes in large volumes for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that need dozens of servings from a single cooking cycle every day.
The housing is made of brushed stainless steel. The cooking pot is removable and non-stick, making it easy to unload finished rice and clean the unit after use. The lid has a safety lock, and two indicator lights show the cooking and keep-warm modes. Condensation is collected in a dedicated collector. The unit cooks approximately 5.4 litres of rice per cycle, equal to about 30 servings. A rice spoon and measuring cup are included. The operating temperature range is +30…+90°C, with a 230 V, 50 Hz, 1.95 kW connection.
