The Bartscher 200254 food service trolley is a mobile, wheel-mounted bain-marie designed to serve hot food in two GN 1/1 pans. It can easily be moved between the serving line of a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen and the dining hall, keeping meals warm throughout service.
Dry heating maintains temperature in the 30 °C to 90 °C range with smooth thermostatic control. The basin has double walls, and a plastic edge buffer protects the unit and surrounding surfaces from impact while it is being moved. The trolley runs on four swivel castors 125 mm in diameter, two of which have locks. Power supply is 230 V, 1 kW, with a 3 m coiled connection cable. GN pans are not included.
