The Bertos E7BM4M electric bain-marie is an Italian-made water bath unit for holding cooked dishes at serving temperature in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities where food is prepared in advance and served throughout the day. The model is designed for one GN 1/1 gastronorm pan.
The worktop and front panels are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Silicone heating elements are positioned outside the tank, and power is controlled electronically to keep the food at a steady temperature throughout service. The tank is pressed from a single piece with rounded corners for easier cleaning and accommodates six different GastroNorm pan sizes; a 530 divider (SEP2) is included. A front drain tap with a safety lock against accidental opening handles liquid drainage, and the panel features voltage indicator lights. The feet are height-adjustable (cabinet version).
