The Bertos E7BM8M electric bain-marie is a double-width, Italian-made water bath unit for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities with high-volume serving lines. The model is designed for two GN 1/1 gastronorm pans, letting staff keep several dishes hot at the same time.
The worktop and front panels are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Silicone heating elements sit outside the tank, and power is controlled electronically to keep food at a steady serving temperature. The tank is pressed from a single piece with rounded corners for easier cleaning and takes six different GastroNorm pan sizes; a 530 divider (SEP2) is included. A front drain tap with a safety lock against accidental opening handles drainage, and the panel carries voltage indicator lights. The feet are height-adjustable (cabinet version).
