The Bartscher 200207 bain-marie keeps ready-made dishes, side dishes and sauces at serving temperature in a 1/1 GN gastronorm pan on the serving lines of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens.
Food retains its temperature thanks to gentle water-bath heating with smooth adjustment across a 30–100 °C range. The unit is designed for one 1/1 GN pan up to 200 mm deep (pans are not included). A water drain tap simplifies cleaning after each shift, and the chrome-nickel steel body withstands the humid environment of a kitchen. It runs on a 230 V supply at 1.2 kW, with IPX3 protection.
