The Bartscher 200240 bain-marie is a countertop GN 1/1 unit fitted with a water drain tap, which simplifies daily maintenance on a serving line in a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen. The tap lets the water bath be emptied without tilting or moving the appliance.
The operating temperature range is 40 °C to 90 °C with smooth thermostatic control. The gentle water-bath heating principle preserves the taste of food and prevents it from burning. GN pans are not included and are selected separately to suit the facility's needs. The body is made of chrome-nickel steel, IPX3 protection class, connected load 1.2 kW at 230 V.
