The Bartscher 212-150 bain-marie (item 200232) is a countertop water bath for keeping cooked first and second courses, sauces and side dishes at serving temperature. It is designed for installation in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, where meals are prepared in advance and need to stay hot until served.
The unit holds one GN 1/1 pan up to 150 mm deep; two GN 1/2 pans and two slotted lids are included, so the bain-marie is ready to use right after connection. The body is made of chrome-nickel steel, and IPX3 protection allows the work surface to be washed safely. Connected load is 1.3 kW at 230 V, 50/60 Hz.
