The Apach AP5QD combi steamer is a programmable unit made in Italy for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that cook according to pre-set recipes with precise control of time, temperature and humidity. Digital control stores up to 99 programs, each with three cooking stages, so staff only need to set up a recipe once and then recall it with a single button press.
The unit holds 5 levels with GN 1/1 or 600×400 mm rail spacing, an operating temperature range of 50–270°C, and a 10.8 kW connection at 380V. The body is made of stainless steel, and the chamber has rounded corners for easier cleaning. Steam is generated by an injector system with automatic fan rotation reversal.
