The GoodFood GXF023 ANNA combi steam oven is professional thermal equipment for steaming, roasting, baking, braising and gratinating dishes in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafés and foodservice businesses.
Using circulating hot air and steam, the oven cooks lasagna, roasted potatoes, bakery items (croissants, chocolate buns, brioches), pastries, as well as fresh, frozen or pre-proofed savoury snacks, pizza and filled pies. The body is made of food-grade stainless steel AISI304, with two fans and interior lighting.
