The Pimak M079-E2 is an electric baked-potato oven designed for institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens whose daily menu includes baked-potato dishes. Two pull-out drawers let kitchen staff cook or keep several batches of finished potatoes hot until service.
The body has an electrostatic powder coating, and the drawers are made of stainless steel, which makes daily cleaning easier and meets sanitary requirements for food production areas. Power supply is 230-400 V at 3 kW, with either single-phase or three-phase connection depending on the kitchen's wiring.
