The Pimak M079-G2 is a gas-fired baked-potato oven with two drawers, a gas-powered alternative to the electric model in the line for kitchens connected to mains or LPG gas. It suits schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with gas-supplied kitchens.
The oven runs on either liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas, with a burner rated at 4 kW (3440 kcal); the gas tap includes a safety valve for safe operation. Dimensions of 46.5×54×92 cm and a weight of 48 kg allow it to fit into a compact production area.
