The Pimak M079-G3 is a three-tier gas-fired baked-potato oven built for higher throughput than the two-drawer gas model in the line. It is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens connected to mains or LPG gas.
The unit has three stainless steel drawers, a burner rated at 4 kW (3440 kcal), and a gas tap fitted with a safety valve. The taller body (46.5×54×110 cm) and 59 kg weight reflect the larger capacity compared with the two-drawer M079-G2.
