The Apach AML4 electric pizza oven is single-deck equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach, built for baking pizza and other stone-baked items in foodservice businesses, as well as in school and college kitchens that run their own bakery service.
The oven has one baking chamber with a mechanical control panel, and temperature is adjustable in the 50...500°C range, covering both gentle baking and fast, crisp-crust cooking. The baking chamber is made of aluminized steel, and the baking surface is a refractory material certified for food contact. The front panel is stainless steel, while the side and back panels are painted steel. An inner light lets staff monitor baking without opening the door, and 2 thermostats — one for the top heating elements and one for the bottom (3 elements each) — plus a temperature gauge allow precise control of the baking mode.
