Apach AML44 Electric Pizza Oven, 2 Chambers

The Apach AML44 electric pizza oven is two-deck equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach, built for high-load foodservice operations, as well as for large school, college and other educational kitchens that bake in two parallel batches.

Unlike the single-deck AML4, the AML44 has two independent baking chambers with a mechanical control panel, each adjustable separately in the 50...500°C range — allowing different products or baking times to be handled at the same time. The baking chambers are made of aluminized steel, and the baking surface is a refractory material certified for food contact. The front panel is stainless steel, while the side and back panels are painted steel. Each chamber has its own inner light and its own pair of thermostats for the top and bottom heating elements (3 elements each per chamber), plus a separate temperature gauge — giving independent control of the baking mode on each deck.
