The Apach АML6 electric pizza oven is single-deck equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach, fitted with a mechanical control panel and built for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice businesses that bake pizza and other products requiring high-temperature baking.
The baking chamber operates in the 50...500°C range, allowing the mode to be adjusted for different dough types and recipes. The chamber is made of aluminized steel, while the baking surface is a refractory material certified for food contact. The front panel is stainless steel, and the side and back panels are painted steel. The oven has an inner light, two thermostats (one for three top heating elements and one for three bottom heating elements) and a temperature gauge for monitoring the baking process. Power supply is 380 V, with a rated power of 9 kW.
