Apach АML66 Electric Pizza Oven, 2 Chambers

The Apach АML66 electric pizza oven is heavy-duty two-deck equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach, fitted with a mechanical control panel and built for high-load kitchens: large school canteens and catering facilities for educational and healthcare institutions that bake in significant batches on two decks at once.

The model has two independent baking chambers, each adjustable separately in the 50...500°C range — allowing different products or baking times to be handled simultaneously. The baking chambers are made of aluminized steel, and the baking surface is a refractory material certified for food contact. The front panel is stainless steel, while the side and back panels are painted steel. Each chamber has its own inner light and its own pair of thermostats (3 top and 3 bottom heating elements per chamber), plus a separate temperature gauge. Power supply is 380 V, with a rated power of 18 kW.
