Apach AMM44X Two-Chamber Deck Pizza Oven for 4+4 Pizzas

The Apach AMM44X is a two-chamber deck pizza oven for the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions that bake in large batches. Two independent chambers allow up to eight pizzas to be baked at the same time, which noticeably speeds up service in a busy institutional kitchen during peak hours.

Each chamber holds 4 pizzas up to 320 mm in diameter and has a chamotte deck — a material that retains heat well and bakes the dough evenly. The upper and lower heating elements in each chamber are fitted with separate thermostats, so the baking mode can be set individually for every batch. Interior lighting and a viewing window let staff monitor the process without opening the door and losing heat. Maximum chamber temperature is 450°C, the unit runs on 380 V, total power is 12 kW, and the body measures 900×900×750 mm.
