The EWT INOX PZ1ST pizza oven is a countertop electric oven with a single chamber, designed for baking pizza up to 40 cm in diameter. Its compact size allows it to be placed on a worktable in a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen wherever the menu needs to be expanded with hot baked items without installing bulky stationary equipment.
The baking chamber, measuring 410×410×110 mm, is lined with AISI430 steel. Controls are mechanical, and the chamber is lit for monitoring the baking process. The maximum heating temperature is 350°C, which is enough for both thin- and thick-crust pizza. The oven runs on a 220 V supply with a power rating of 2 kW.
