The Fimar FGI4 gas pizza oven is Italian-made equipment for baking pizza, focaccia and other bakery items in the food service units of large institutions — schools, kindergartens, hospitals and central school-meal facilities. The baking chamber is fitted with 4 burners for even heat distribution across the whole surface.
The front panel is made of stainless steel, the baking surface is refractory, and the chamber is insulated with rock wool. The door has a heat-resistant glass panel so the baking process can be monitored without opening the chamber. The oven has piezoelectric ignition, a digital thermostat and internal lighting, runs on natural gas, and comes with an LPG conversion set.
