The GGF X 4/36 electric deck oven is built for baking pizza, bread and pastry items in the kitchens of educational and healthcare facilities — school canteens, kindergarten catering units, hospital central kitchens and bakery workshops within food-service combines. The deck-baking principle brings the dough into direct contact with a heated chamber surface, so each item bakes evenly from below and develops a golden crust on top, which matters when large batches are prepared daily for institutional catering.
The X 4/36 chamber is sized for baking 4 items up to 36 cm in diameter at a time, with chamber dimensions of 720×720× h.140 mm. Overall dimensions of 1010×850× h.420 mm let the unit fit into a compact bakery workshop or serving area within a kitchen.
