The GoodFood PO1 4×20 Electric Pizza Oven is a compact single-chamber oven from the GoodFood brand for baking pizza directly on a stone deck. It suits catering kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, cafes, pizzerias and fast-food outlets that need to bake small batches on site.
The single chamber holds 4 pizzas of 20 cm diameter, with internal dimensions of 400×400×120 mm. The housing is made of high-quality steel, insulated with fibreglass and heat-resistant materials. Top and bottom heating elements bring the chamber up to 350°C, while a temperature sensor and timer help control the baking process.
