The GGF G 4 gas deck oven suits kitchens of educational and healthcare facilities where a gas supply is already in place and an oven independent of the power grid is needed for baking pizza, bread and pastry items. Gas heating brings the chamber up to working temperature quickly and keeps it stable throughout the whole baking cycle, which matters when large batches are prepared daily for a school canteen, kindergarten or hospital central kitchen.
The G 4 chamber is sized for 4 items up to 30 cm in diameter, with chamber dimensions of 620×620× h.155 mm. Overall dimensions of the oven are 1000×840× h.470 mm. It runs on natural gas at a consumption of 1.470 m³/h, or on LPG at 1.087 kg/h, with a heat output of 11,954 kCal/h.
