The GGF G 9 gas deck pizza oven is Italian-made equipment built to bake nine pizzas up to 30 cm in diameter at the same time. It suits institutional kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and similar facilities that serve dough-based dishes baked on a hot deck at high temperature.
The baking chamber measures 920×920 mm with a height of 155 mm, spreading heat evenly across the whole deck surface. The working temperature range is 50–500°C, and the oven can run on either natural gas or LPG (propane-butane), giving flexibility depending on which gas supply is available in the kitchen. Ignition and control run on a 230/1/50 V/Hz electrical connection.
