HURAKAN HKN-HEP2 Pizza Oven, 2 Decks, 220V

The HURAKAN HKN-HEP2 pizza oven is a professional deck oven with two independent baking chambers, built for pizza, khachapuri and other dough-based dishes in foodservice venues, school and kindergarten canteens, cafes and pizzerias. The 220V version connects to a single-phase power supply, making it a practical choice for kitchens where installing a three-phase line is impractical or technically unavailable.

Each of the two chambers operates independently, with its own temperature setting, its own load and its own baking time. During peak hours both chambers can run at once, while during quieter periods a single chamber is enough — saving energy without losing kitchen throughput. The deck is made of stone, which provides even heat transfer to the base of the dough — the feature that sets a true deck oven apart from a convection cabinet. At 8.4 kW on a 220V supply, the oven needs a dedicated electrical line with correctly sized cable and a matching circuit breaker; connecting through a standard household outlet is not an option for this version.
