The ItPizza ML4 deck oven is an Italian-made electric oven for school, kindergarten and hospital food service kitchens that bake pizza and other dough-based products for large groups. A chamber for 4 pizzas up to 35 cm in diameter lets staff prepare a full batch in one cycle.

The stone deck delivers a classic baking result close to a wood-fired oven: heat spreads evenly from below and the crust turns out crisp. Two heating element groups (top and bottom) are controlled independently, while the heat-resistant glass door and internal lighting let staff monitor baking without opening the door.
