The ItPizza ML44 electric deck oven is a two-chamber Italian-made model for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens with a substantial baking volume: both chambers together hold up to 8 pizzas up to 35 cm in diameter per load.
The heat-retaining refractory deck bakes evenly through to a crisp crust. The body is made of stainless steel, the viewing window of heat-resistant glass, and halogen lighting inside the chambers lets staff monitor the baking process. An emergency thermostat guards against overheating, and a timer lets staff set the baking time.
