The ItPizza MS4 deck oven is an Italian-made electric oven built for institutional kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital food service units that need to bake pizza and other pastries for large groups at once. A single chamber holds 4 pizzas up to 32 cm in diameter per batch, letting kitchen staff bake in batches without long waiting times.

The baking deck is made of refractory material (chamotte), which spreads heat evenly across the whole surface. The temperature range runs from 50 to 455°C, and the top and bottom heating elements are adjusted independently, so the oven can be tuned for different products — pizza itself, focaccia, breadsticks, or pastry semi-finished goods (such as crème caramel bases, sponge or shortcrust blanks) that don't need steam.
