The Orest PO-2.2-V2 pizza oven is a two-tier model for kitchens of educational institutions, healthcare facilities and foodservice businesses that need to bake in two separate chambers at once. This layout allows a larger output without increasing the floor space the equipment takes up in the kitchen.
The oven body and internal parts are made of 1 mm stainless steel. Each of the two chambers, 700 mm long and 370 mm deep, holds a professional Italian chamotte clay deck measuring 690×360 mm. Working temperature is adjustable from 50 to 400°C, set separately for the upper and lower heating elements of each chamber, with the current value shown on a digital display. Baking time is roughly 4 minutes. The oven draws 6.8 kW at 380 V.
