The Orest PO-2-V2 pizza oven is built for baking pizza and other deck-baked dishes in kitchens of educational institutions, healthcare facilities and foodservice businesses that need a stable working temperature and precise heat control. The unit suits culinary training kitchens as well as kitchens running in-house baking production.
The oven body and internal parts are made of 1 mm stainless steel. The deck is made of professional Italian chamotte clay measuring 690×360 mm, fitted into a chamber 700 mm long and 370 mm deep. Working temperature is adjustable from 50 to 400°C, set separately for the upper and lower heating elements, with the current value shown on a digital display. Baking time is roughly 4 minutes. The oven draws 3.4 kW at 220 V.
