Orest PO-4-V2 Pizza Oven, 660×660 mm Deck

The Orest PO-4-V2 pizza oven suits kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions that bake pizza and pastries in large batches — for example, when serving hot meals to a large number of pupils or patients. The square chamber lets you fit several larger items at once compared with the narrower models in the line.

The oven body and internal parts are made of 1 mm stainless steel. The baking chamber measures 700×700 mm, and the deck itself is made of professional Italian chamotte clay measuring 660×660 mm. Working temperature is adjustable from 50 to 400°C, set separately for the upper and lower heating elements, with the current value shown on a digital display. Baking time is roughly 4 minutes. The oven draws 5.6 kW at 380 V.
