The Pizza Group Entry Max 8 electric pizza oven is a double-chamber Italian-made model with an analogue control panel, built to bake 8 pizzas of 30/34 cm diameter at once (4 per chamber). The oven measures 99×92×68 cm, draws 11.20 kW, and runs on a 400 V, 50/60 Hz supply.
Like the rest of the Entry Max line, this model combines simplicity, longevity and functionality: independent control of the ceiling and floor heating elements in each chamber keeps the heat uniform on the stone. The oven holds a stable temperature of up to 450°C, so it suits not only pizza but also baking bread and pastries in larger volumes than the single-chamber models in the range.

The Entry Max 8 oven suits kitchens with heavier daily workloads — large schools, central kitchens, hospitals, and pizzerias that need to bake twice as many pizzas per cycle compared with the single-chamber Entry Max 4. The two independent chambers allow different batches to be baked in parallel.
