The Unox BakerLux SHOP.Pro TOUCH XEFR-10EU-ETRV is a large-capacity convection oven holding 10 trays of 600x400 mm, built for kitchens with heavy daily workloads: combined school kitchens, hospital catering facilities, boarding schools and other institutions that bake in large volumes every day.
Unlike the MASTER version, this model has a more compact 2.4″ touch control panel — a simple, reliable solution for routine daily work that does not require extended automatic programs. The cooking chamber includes a humidification function. Power supply is three-phase with a single-phase connection option, and trays are spaced 75 mm apart.
