Apach AD46MV Convection Oven, 4 Levels for 600×400 mm Trays

The Apach AD46MV convection oven is Italian-made equipment for baking and reheating food in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities that prepare their own meals on site. Built for professional use, it bakes evenly cooked dishes in large batches within a single cycle.

The cooking chamber holds 4 levels spaced 75 mm apart, and the universal guide rails fit both 600×400 mm trays and GN 1/1 gastronorm pans, so kitchens can keep using the cookware they already have. Working temperature is adjustable from 30 to 280°C, and injector-type steam humidification combined with the timer lets staff choose the right mode for baking or reheating prepared meals. Two fans with reversible rotation and two speed settings distribute hot air evenly throughout the chamber. The oven connects to a water supply for its humidification system and has a mechanical control panel that is straightforward for kitchen staff to learn. Two 600×400 mm baking trays are included with the unit.
