The Apach AD44M electric convection oven is equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach for even baking, roasting and reheating of dishes in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities that prepare large batches of food every day.
The cooking chamber holds 4 levels with 80 mm rail spacing, and 4 trays sized 600×400 mm or 470×340 mm are included. A bi-directional reversing fan system spreads hot air evenly through the whole chamber, while the rounded chamber shape makes it easier to clean after use. The control panel is mechanical, and moisture in the chamber is regulated manually. The oven features a thermostat, a timer, a double glass door that is easy to open and clean, and a halogen chamber light. It runs on 220 V power with 3.3 kW output.
