The Apach AD44M ECO electric convection oven is compact equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach for baking, roasting and reheating dishes in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities with moderate cooking volumes.
The cooking chamber holds 4 levels with 75 mm rail spacing, and 4 trays sized 600×400 mm or 450×340 mm are included. The control panel is mechanical, and the oven is fitted with a thermostat and a timer. The double glass door is easy to open and clean, and the chamber has a halogen light.
