The Apach AD44MH ECO electric convection oven is equipment from the Italian manufacturer Apach featuring manual chamber humidification, designed for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities preparing bakery items and dishes that require moisture control during heat treatment.
The cooking chamber holds 4 levels with 75 mm rail spacing, and 4 trays sized 600×400 mm or 450×340 mm are included. Unlike the base AD44M ECO model, this version has manual regulation of water injection into the chamber, allowing humidity control during baking. The control panel is mechanical, and the oven is fitted with a thermostat and a timer. The double glass door is easy to open and clean, and the chamber has a halogen light. It runs on 220 V power with 2.85 kW output and a net weight of 31 kg.
