HURAKAN HKN-XFT133M Convection Oven

The HURAKAN HKN-XFT133M convection oven is compact heating equipment for baking bread, pastries and confectionery in bakeries, cafes, and kitchens of schools and kindergartens running on a standard single-phase 220V supply. The oven holds 4 levels of 435×305 mm trays and combines a light footprint with the lowest power draw in its class.

A reversible-free centrifugal fan keeps the chamber evenly heated, and injector steam is released at the press of a button — the operator controls the timing and duration of humidification rather than an automatic program. The mechanical control panel, free of digital modules, covers the +30…300°C range, the rail spacing is 75 mm, and the set includes 4 trays of 435×305 mm compatible with GN 1/2 gastronorm containers.
