The Unox BakerLux XB695 is an Italian-made oven with electronic touch control for the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions. Unlike models with manual knobs, this oven features a touch control panel that simplifies setting cooking modes. A reversible fan with two speeds ensures even heat distribution inside the chamber.
