The CustomHeat TT2-12 professional gas cooker is a two-burner tabletop unit designed for institutional kitchens — school canteens, extended-day groups in kindergartens, and hospital or clinic buffets. Its compact footprint lets it sit on an existing kitchen table or cabinet without a dedicated hood shaft for the whole room.

The frame is made of AISI 430 stainless steel sheet, a material resistant to moisture, steam and frequent washing with disinfectants — a common requirement in educational and healthcare kitchens. The grates and burners are cast from grey iron, which retains heat evenly during cooking and resists deformation under daily heavy use. Each of the two burners is controlled by its own gas valve, and the stainless-steel legs are height-adjustable to level the cooker on the kitchen floor.
