The Kogast PST27/P gas range is a two-burner, floor-standing model from the Slovenian manufacturer Kovinastroj, built for daily use in institutional kitchens. With 9 kW of burner output, it can serve as the main cooking surface in a small kitchen or as additional equipment alongside other cooking appliances.
The model has no oven — the entire cooking top is dedicated to boiling, stewing and cooking in large pots and pans. The burners and other working parts are made of stainless steel and cast iron, materials that withstand the high temperatures and heavy daily use typical of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens.
