The Kogast PS-T47/1 gas range is a four-burner, floor-standing model from the Slovenian manufacturer Kovinastroj, combining a cooking surface and a baking oven in one unit. A total output of 22.5 kW and an oven measuring 540×560×300 mm allow boiling, stewing and baking to happen at the same cooking station of the kitchen.
The 4.5 kW oven is used for roasting large cuts of meat, poultry and portioned fish, as well as for finishing dishes made from ground-meat mixtures — expanding a kitchen's capabilities without installing separate baking equipment. The burners feature electric ignition, and heat intensity is adjusted with gas taps.
