The Kogast PS-T47/P gas range is a four-burner, floor-standing model from the Slovenian manufacturer Kovinastroj, designed for kitchens that need more cooking capacity than a two-burner unit can provide. A combined burner output of 18 kW allows several dishes to be cooked in large batches at once — useful for school, kindergarten and hospital canteens.
Like other models in the Kogast line, this range has no oven, which suits facilities where baking is handled by separate equipment and the cooking area needs to stay as spacious as possible. The burners and working parts are made of stainless steel and cast iron, simplifying daily cleaning and extending service life under the heavy daily load of an institutional kitchen.
