The Modular F60/60CFGE range belongs to the FUN 600 line by the Italian manufacturer Modular — compact modular equipment for professional kitchens. The model combines a gas cooktop with 4 burners and a built-in electric convection oven, designed for daily cooking in institutional kitchens: schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other budget-funded facilities.
The unit is built from AISI 304 stainless steel and designed for intensive daily use: removable enamelled burner grates make the worktop easy to clean, and the flue is made from a single piece for extra stability. The range is supplied with a natural gas conversion kit, and the unit is factory-tested on natural gas.
