The Apach APRG-117P gas range from the 700 series is a professional 6-burner cooking surface for large school, hospital and foodservice kitchens that cook several dishes at once in large-volume pots and pans.
The burners are removable, made of enameled cast iron with brass caps and self-stabilizing flame; the pilot flame is protected inside the main burner, reducing the risk of accidental flame-out. The worktop is watertight and pressed, and each burner has its own individual cast-iron pan support. The range stands on an open base with height-adjustable feet, and LPG nozzles are included. Total gas power is 42 kW, and net weight is 100 kg.
