The Pimak M018-1 gas floor stove is a single-burner unit designed for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens where a standard multi-burner range isn't enough for cooking large batches of soups, broths, porridge or side dishes in wide-diameter pots and cauldrons.
The burner uses a double-flame design that spreads heat more evenly across the bottom of the pot and reduces gas consumption compared with a standard burner. The stove has a gas tap with a safety valve and lets the operator switch between full and reduced flame depending on the cooking process. The body is made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and meets sanitary requirements for institutional kitchen equipment. It runs on LPG or natural gas, with a burner output of 12.5 kW (10,750 kcal/h).
