The CustomHeat TT4-24CE professional gas cooker is a four-burner tabletop unit with a built-in flame-failure gas control system that automatically shuts off the gas supply if a flame goes out. This is especially valuable for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, where shifts of different staff work at the same equipment and an extra layer of gas-safety is needed.
The frame is made of AISI 430 stainless steel sheet, and the grates and burners are cast from grey iron for even cookware heating. The burners feature built-in electric ignition, and removable drip trays under them make cleanup easier. Each of the four burners is controlled by its own gas valve, and the stainless-steel legs are height-adjustable.
