The CustomHeat GR4-24 gas range is a floor-standing model with an oven, built for school, kindergarten, hospital and canteen kitchens that cook soups, main courses and baked goods for large groups every day.
A roomy oven, powerful burners and a sturdy build make this range suited to heavy daily use. Cast iron grates measuring 300×300 mm support cookware, while dual-ring burners up to 160 mm in diameter provide efficient heating. The oven reaches temperatures of up to +300°C, with automatic temperature control holding the set point within ±7°C.
