Modular R70/80CFGB Professional Gas Range, 4 Burners with Gas Oven

The Modular R70/80CFGB range is part of the ROC 700 series by the Italian manufacturer Modular, combining four powerful gas burners with a gas oven. It is a more compact option within the professional ROC line compared with the 120 cm R70/120CFGGB model, suitable for medium-volume kitchens: school canteens, kindergartens, hospital kitchens and other institutional catering facilities.

The worktop is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 mm thick, with enamelled basins around the burners for easy cleanup. The burners are single- and double-ring cast iron with a brass flame spreader, and the pot supports are cast iron or, optionally, stainless steel, suitable for dishwasher cleaning. The control knobs are aluminium with IPX5 water protection.

Specifications

Two 5.5 kW burners are suited to vigorous boiling of large liquid volumes, while the two 3.7 kW burners allow slower cooking. The static gas oven with a GN 2/1 grid supports batch cooking sized for a medium kitchen.

The 800x730x870 mm footprint makes the Modular R70/80CFGB more compact than the 120 cm model in the ROC 700 series, while retaining the same worktop and burner construction. The unit can be installed as a standalone range or alongside other sections in a modular line.
