The CustomHeat TT4-24 professional gas cooker is a four-burner tabletop unit for kitchens with a heavier daily load than two-burner models handle — school canteens serving several classes, full-day kindergarten kitchens, hospital and sanatorium foodservice. Four burners let staff cook several dishes at once and shorten meal time for a large group of children or patients.
The frame is made of AISI 430 stainless steel sheet, resistant to moisture and regular sanitary cleaning. The grates and burners are cast from grey iron, which distributes heat evenly during cooking. The cooker features built-in electric ignition for the burners, so no matches or lighters are needed at the workstation. Removable drip trays under the burners catch spills, making daily kitchen cleanup easier. Each burner's heat output is controlled by a gas valve, and the stainless-steel legs are height-adjustable.
